Schilla Toussaint built her career doing the work that most people don’t see, the behind the scenes, sleeves rolled up, people first work that keeps organizations running and professionals moving forward.
With over a decade of HR and talent acquisition experience spanning multiple industries and states, she has sat across the table from business owners navigating workforce challenges and professionals figuring out their next move. She understands both sides because she has lived both sides.
